Our comprehensive services include managing all appointments and invoicing through the Site Plan office. All costs and fees are agreed upon prior to appointment and adhered to, unless changes are made to structural or design features post-appointment.

Site Plan's fee structure is based on a percentage scale over the contract value, including VAT. This fee encompasses all trades and infrastructure, including A/V and security systems, but excludes audio-visual equipment, soft furnishings, and movable furniture, as well as architect fees (and QS fees if applicable). 

Estimated contracts are developed with a focus on delivering the highest quality results while maintaining budgetary discipline, ensuring a seamless and successful project experience for all involved.
